Refund Policy

This policy explains when 362186785046-k5j3jbtmftfiqs6sjjjmnvspr66ep4ea.apps.googleusercontent.com refunds payments made for wAPI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. All amounts are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR).

1. What you pay for

• Wallet top-ups: prepaid credit used for template messages and plan renewals.
• Plans: monthly or yearly subscriptions paid in advance, by card or bank through PayHere or DirectPay, or from your wallet.

2. When we refund

• Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged twice, or charged but the credit or plan was not applied, we refund the extra or failed amount in full.
• Unused wallet balance: if you close your account, you can ask for a refund of the remaining wallet balance that you paid for (not promotional or referral credit), less any payment processing fees charged to us.
• New plan purchases: if you request it within 7 days of first buying a paid plan and have not made meaningful use of it, we refund the plan price.
• Our fault: if a long outage caused by us stops you using the Service, we may credit or refund the affected part of your plan.

3. When we do not refund

• template messages already sent, including messages that the recipient did not read or that Meta delivered but the customer blocked;
• renewals of a plan after the first period, or partly used plan periods, except as stated above;
• workspaces suspended or closed for breaking our Terms or Meta's policies;
• restrictions, bans or quality ratings applied to your number or templates by Meta.

4. Cancelling a plan

You can switch off automatic renewal at any time in Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to the free plan.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us with your account email, workspace name, the payment reference and the reason for the request. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
