What do I pay for?
A monthly or yearly plan for the features and limits you need, plus template messages that you start. Template messages are charged from your prepaid wallet at the rate for their category.
Are replies to customers charged?
No. When a customer messages you, you can reply freely within the 24-hour customer service window. Only template messages are charged.
How do I pay?
Top up your wallet or buy a plan by card or bank through PayHere or DirectPay. Plans can then renew automatically from your wallet.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Switch off automatic renewal at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
You connect your own number through Meta's official sign-up during setup. We guide you through it.
