5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

wAPI operates using the official WhatsApp Business API. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your messaging, campaigns, and automation comply with WhatsApp policies, including user consent and opt-in requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate WhatsApp policies.

6. Subscription & Billing

wAPI offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • Fees are charged in advance
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • Yearly plans may include discounted rates

Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Service
  • Payment obligations are not met

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of wAPI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

All platform content, branding, logos, software, and materials are the intellectual property of wAPI.
